Adjusts the timing belt tension by turning eccentric water pump counter clock wise to relieve belt tension & clock wise to apply tension.
Due to the shape of the water pump & lack of access this tool makes a very difficult take easy.
Used with 1/2" driver ratchet.
Applications:
GM: 1.6 (pre-1987 i.e. not LZ and SV), 1.6D, 1.7D, 1.8, 2.0
